One-on-one lessons, in your space. Classes are tailored to your personal requests. Private classes are 60 minutes long; booking several sessions is recommended in order to truly realize the full benefits of private lessons. First session includes an additional 15 minute consultation, so I can get to know your level of experience, past/current injuries, and so on.

At $25/person/class, that's still less than many studio drop-in rates
Small groups (three to ten people), one-hour classes. Organize a weekly class with friends, or book a lunch hour series at work. Group classes are a great way to stay connected with each other and with yourself.
Fee for larger groups (over ten people) is reduced to $12/person.
Consider booking a 4- or 6-week series, scheduling your classes in advance. Prices are adjusted depending on number of people per class, number of classes per week, your location, and so on. We want to work with you to make sure you get your yoga on! It's important.
