When I discovered yoga, the idea of movement directed by breath resonated instantly and deeply. It connected back to my years in the dance world, and also tied directly into my studies of anatomy and psychology.
I found myself thinking about yoga all the time. I loved practicing, and I had to find out as much as I could about it. After several years of regular practice, I applied to enter a deeper course of study and received my 300-hr teaching certification.
Teaching yoga has become my passion. Creating MoYoga is a way of sharing that passion with others. Plus, it's just plain fun! My pledge has become "MoYoga, Less Stress".
