MoYoga is MobileYoga! 

Don't waste time traveling to a class, finding parking, and making your schedule fit the studio's schedule.

Wherever you are, the yoga comes to you! On your balcony or in your backyard, in your rec room or the park down the street.
You choose the place, and we'll meet you there.

intro to yoga

Intro to Yoga classes are perfect for those who have never practiced before, or haven't practiced in some time. Also good for a refresher course; a "return to basics".  Available in private, semi-private or small group sessions. 

private lessons

Private lessons are terrific for overcoming barriers. One-on-one sessions are great for beginners who may feel intimidated stepping straight into a group class. They can also be useful for experienced yogis who want to dive deeper into their training, work on specific areas of the body, or learn new poses. Ask all the questions you want and work at your own pace, in your own comfortable space.

group lessons

Want to practice with a few of your friends? Put together your own group! Weekly yoga events are a fun and unique way to connect with friends or family. Consider a yoga class, followed by a pot-luck dinner, or a yoga and paint night!

corporate yoga

Invite MoYoga into your office space; yoga classes delivered right to your team can boost energy, camaraderie and productivity. Corporate yoga can re-energize long strategic planning sessions, can be incorporated into company wellness days,  or be part of a team-building experience. Regular weekly lunch hour sessions may be arranged at a discounted rate. 

yoga for teens

Appropriate for teens aged 13-17, Yoga For Teens teaches strategies for reducing stress, and techniques for handling anxiety. In addition, the physical benefits of yoga keep teens fit and healthy, and support the physical needs of extra-curricular activities. These classes welcome teens at all levels of yoga experience.
